Privacy
vulkanua.in.ua has no user accounts, contact forms or payment pages. As a result, the site knows almost nothing about its readers, and this page explains what does still reach the server.
Technical request data
When a browser opens a page, the web server writes a standard log line: IP address, time, requested address, response code, browser name and the page you came from. These records are needed to fend off automated attacks and find errors. We do not use them for profiling and do not sell them. Logs are automatically overwritten once the retention period ends.
What the site does not receive
- Logins, passwords and SMS codes — there is nowhere to enter them here.
- Bank card numbers, IBANs and crypto wallet addresses.
- Copies of passports or other documents.
If a page with the Vulkan logo asks you to enter old account credentials or payment information, it has nothing to do with this site, and such a request should be treated as suspicious.
Cookies and third-party services
The site itself does not set advertising cookies and does not embed social widgets. The security service of the content delivery network may set a technical cookie to tell a human from a bot. Disabling cookies in your browser will not stop you from reading the articles.
Affiliate referrals
After you click an affiliate link, you end up on a third-party site, and data processing there is governed by that site's own policy. Only a technical referral tag is passed to the affiliate network, without your personal data.
User rights
The Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» gives you the right to know what information about you is being processed and to demand its deletion. Since the site does not collect data that could identify a person, and technical logs are anonymised and deleted automatically, no separate request procedure is provided here.
